Mrs. Fattohi

My name is Rhonda Fattohi, and I am the English Learner Facilitator at Anza Elementary School. I started teaching in Cajon Valley in the fall of 2000, spending my first two years at Rios. Prior to that, I volunteered at Madison Elementary School and student taught at both Naranca and Jamacha through San Diego State University's Credential Program. Although I have worked with students spanning from Preschool up to sixth grade, I have taught grades four and five for most of my teaching career. As the "ELF" at Anza, I teach English to students who are new to the country, teach cooking to every TK through sixth grade classroom, hold monthly ELAC meetings, schedule parent classes, and teach Parent University with the help of our parent liaison, Doaa Polus. I enjoy working with children and helping them reach for their dreams through their education. I believe every child should be valued and treated with respect. An education should empower a child and help him or her make a positive contribution to our world.
