2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT 10/14/24 - 11/01/24

  • Welcome to the 2025 Open Enrollment!  We will be utilizing American Fidelity’s complete online platform (AFenroll®) for our employees. 

    We provide you with two options to enroll.

    • In-Person or Virtual Appointments
    • Online Enrollment

     

    *If you will be adding a new dependent to either medical, dental, or vision coverage, you will not be able to utilize the self-enrollment option since document verification is required for adding a new dependent.

     

    American Fidelity will be offering both in-person appointments at school sites and the district office, as well as virtual appointments. Employees will need access to a computer to use the virtual appointment process.

  • NEW BENEFIT ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES

    Please submit your benefits paperwork within 30 days of your hire/eligibility date to complete your benefits enrollment. 

     

    BENEFIT CHANGES

    Changes to Benefit Plans Outside of Open Enrollment Require a "Qualifying Event"

    Examples:

    • Birth
    • Adoption
    • Marriage
    • Divorce
    • Loss of Benefit Coverage on Another Plan

    Benefit changes may be made within 30 days of the "Qualifying Event". Documentation of event is required to be turned in along with Enrollment Forms.

     

    DEPENDENT VERIFICATION

    Dependent verification is required when enrolling dependents on your benefits. Refer to the Dependent Verification Document List for acceptable documentation.
